Uncle Paulie's
A deli with three shops in LA. I film at the shops and cut short videos for their social.

What they needed
Video that feels like standing at the counter: real talk, the crew, the regulars, and food that looks as good as it tastes. Turned around fast enough to still be news.

What I chose
No script and no studio. I filmed at the shop with the owner talking the way he talks, kept the room sound, and cut around the food.
Every cut went back for notes before it was done.

What shipped
The Juniors: the combo announcement, 29 seconds with the owner on camera, recut after his notes.
The Joey: a 9 second build of the sandwich, delivered silent on purpose so the shop can lay its own music under it.
